This is a 90-minute session, please plan to arrive 5-10 minute before your session start time so we can get your massage started at the scheduled time.
• 75-minute massage + 15 minute infrared sauna

Your first visit is designed to be thorough, unhurried, and fully tailored to you.

When you arrive, we'll begin with an intake and assessment — a conversation about your health history, goals, and any areas of focus or concern. This ensures your session is safe, effective, and truly personalized from the start.
From there, you'll move into table time: hands-on bodywork guided by what we learned in your assessment.

After your massage, you'll be wrapped in a cozy robe with your belongings tucked into a personal box, and we'll head across the hall for your 15-minute infrared sauna session.* I'll have the sauna ready and walk you through how to use it before leaving you to relax and let the heat do its work.

Once your sauna time is complete, you'll have space to dress and collect yourself before we wrap up — including taking care of payment at checkout.

Total time: approximately 90 minutes

*Sauna is optional but highly encouraged.

Return Client Session

Return visits skip the lengthy intake and get right to the good stuff. We'll do a brief check-in to see how your body has been feeling since your last session, note any new areas of focus, and then you're on the table.

Your 75-minute massage is built on what we already know about your body, allowing for more targeted, intentional work from the very first touch.

Afterward, slip into your robe and we'll head across the hall for your 15-minute infrared sauna session — a perfect close and time to integrate your bodywork session.

Once your sauna time wraps up, you'll have a moment to dress and get your bearings before checkout.

Total time: approximately 90 minutes

Sauna time is always optional but highly encouraged.
